Futile Attempts at Saving the Already Forgotten is an intimate duet that explores the desperation of an individual trying to salvage a failing relationship with an otherwise apathetic partner. The female dancer's eyes are closed throughout the entirety of the piece while she is constantly slipping through the male dancer's arms. The piece is isolated to the downstage left portion of the stage as a way to invite the audience into this dark and evocative duet.
